This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• Conducting specialized training sessions that ensure a smooth platform setup for new providers.
• Proactively engaging with clients through phone, email, and WhatsApp to guide them through essential activation milestones.
• Confidently addressing implementation challenges while upholding a "People First" philosophy.
• Serving as a key functional expert, assisting non-technical business owners in easily understanding our ecosystem.
• **What you’ll bring**
• A proven history of managing and onboarding B2B clients, ideally within a SaaS, technology, or dynamic customer success setting.
• The capability to clarify complex issues, identify a customer's genuine operational challenges, and articulate solutions effectively.
• Strong relationship-building abilities that resonate with independent business owners.
• Proficiency in English (advanced conversational) for coordination across our global markets.
• Experience with Salesforce or Google Suite to efficiently monitor client health metrics.
