Customer Success Manager – Tax Advisor Software

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Proactive management of accounts for existing clients

• Encouraging software usage through adoption and reactivation efforts

• Providing support for the onboarding process of new clients

• Clearly and politely conveying digital solutions

• Recording activities within the CRM system

• Assisting with trade shows and events

• Experience in Customer Success or working directly with tax practices

• Strong enthusiasm for the digital transformation of everyday tax-office processes

• Ability to simplify complex subjects into accessible language

• Self-motivated, independent, and highly organized in a remote environment

• Excellent and effective communication skills in German

• Resilient with the capacity to manage repetitive tasks
