This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Act as the main point of contact for designated SMB accounts, ensuring a smooth customer experience.
• Enhance customer engagement, adoption, and retention through proactive communication and strategic interactions.
• Cultivate a deep understanding of each customer's business goals and align our solutions accordingly.
• Track customer health metrics and usage data to foresee potential risks and opportunities.
• Execute regular business reviews to demonstrate value, gather feedback, and pinpoint areas for improvement.
• Collaborate across teams, including Product, Sales, and Support, to advocate for customer requirements.
• Oversee and manage renewals, upsell initiatives, and account growth strategies to optimize customer lifetime value.
• Keep precise records, renewal forecasts, and pipeline management in CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot).
• 3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Account Executive roles within a SaaS or technology-focused environment.
• Demonstrated success in managing customer relationships, renewals, and driving account growth.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
• Capability to analyze customer data and convert insights into actionable plans.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in overseeing multiple accounts.
• Familiarity with CRM and customer success platforms (e.g., Gainsight, HubSpot, Salesforce).
• Excellent proficiency in English is essential.
• Willingness and ability to work European business hours from Mexico.
