• Proven track record of success in customer-facing roles with revenue accountability.

• Experience in engaging with senior executives and key stakeholders.

• Strong technical skills and the ability to grasp complex solutions quickly.

• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.

• Familiarity with Salesforce and customer success platforms is advantageous.

• Bachelor's degree or relevant experience in customer success, sales, or account management.

• Understanding of EHS and compliance is beneficial but not mandatory.
