This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.
• You will serve as the main contact for our mid-market and enterprise clients following the sales transition.
• You will facilitate structured onboarding sessions, clarify GEO strategies, and convert intricate AI-visibility data into practical, actionable insights.
• You will cultivate enduring customer relationships, recognize upsell prospects, and take proactive steps to mitigate churn.
• You will identify potential health risks early using usage data and implement proactive solutions to resolve them.
• You will create best practices, playbooks, and webinars designed to enhance our customers' measurable success.
• You will collaborate closely with Product, Sales, and Content teams, systematically channeling customer feedback back to the product team.
• 2–4 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar role within a SaaS or MarTech setting.
• Strong understanding of SEO and ideally some hands-on experience with GEO/AEO or AI Search.
• Basic technical knowledge: schema.org, crawling, indexing, APIs, web analytics – coding skills are not required, but an understanding of the key concepts is essential.
• AI-native proficiency: You regularly utilize tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Lovable, Cursor, etc., and effectively incorporate them to enhance your work efficiency and quality.
• Excellent analytical skills with a genuine enthusiasm for converting data into clear, actionable recommendations.
• A confident demeanor with outstanding communication and presentation abilities in both German and English (C1+).
• A hands-on approach, organized work style, and a commitment to high-quality standards.
