This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• You will assist e-commerce entrepreneurs on a daily basis through video calls and email, guiding them in onboarding to our software.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by communicating in a clear and friendly manner.
• Recognize recurring issues and play a role in enhancing our solutions.
• Collaborate closely with the Customer Support team to drive customer success.
• Highly self-driven and focused on achieving results (SMART goals).
• Proficient in using DATEV (this is a mandatory requirement).
• A keen interest in digitizing the bookkeeping and accounting sector.
• An independent, organized, and process-oriented approach to work.
• Receptive to feedback, comfortable with digital workflows, and adaptable to a remote-first environment.
• Fluent in both German and English.
