This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Serve as the primary advocate and trusted advisor for your public sector portfolio, ensuring their distinct regulatory and organizational challenges are addressed with innovative and effective solutions.
• Collaborate with agency partners on industry best practices to guarantee the Docebo LMS is seamlessly integrated into their culture and is driving measurable, mission-oriented outcomes.
• Become a certified Docebo specialist, guiding clients through intricate configurations and demonstrating how to leverage the full potential of our AI-enhanced tools.
• Distill complex technical concepts into clear, business-oriented narratives that resonate with stakeholders ranging from IT administrators to high-ranking public officials.
• Proactively oversee the renewal cycle while identifying smart upsell or cross-sell opportunities that assist our public sector clients in enhancing their community and organizational impact.
• Collaborate across internal teams—from Sales to Product—to ensure a seamless, world-class experience for every learner and leader we support.
• Calmly and strategically navigate high-pressure challenges, transforming potential bureaucratic or technical obstacles into opportunities for deeper trust and resolution.
• Over 5 years of experience in Customer Success, particularly within the B2B SaaS sector, managing complex, high-value accounts with finesse.
• A demonstrated ability to establish instant rapport and influence diverse stakeholders, ensuring clients achieve their goals while you drive upsell growth.
• Thrives in high-pressure environments and can manage a substantial volume of tasks with independent, meticulous organizational skills.
• Effective Communicator: Whether delivering a virtual presentation or crafting a written compliance and strategy document, you convey your message with clarity, impact, and empathy.
• A natural curiosity about HR or LMS technology and a commitment to staying informed about public sector and industry trends.
• Approaches every interaction with positive intent, a collaborative spirit, and a passion for inclusivity.
• Prepared and willing to travel up to 25% of the time to meet customers where they are and celebrate their success in person.
