Customer Success Manager – PPC Advertising

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.

📋 Description

• Act as the main point of contact for designated clients.

• Facilitate regular meetings with franchisors and franchisees to review campaign performance, objectives, and potential opportunities.

• Deliver PPC performance reports and insights to stakeholders who may not have technical expertise.

• Develop and nurture strong client relationships to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.

• Convert client goals, feedback, and business requirements into clear briefs for the media buying team.

• Recognize and escalate potential account issues, such as wasted expenditure, intent mismatches, conversion tracking challenges, and performance risks.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client expectations and campaign strategies are consistently aligned.

• Record client meetings, action items, and account updates in the CRM.

• Ensure timely responses to client inquiries while maintaining a high standard of customer service.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a Customer Success Manager, Client Success, or a client-facing account management position.

• 1+ year of practical experience with Google Ads campaigns.

• Comprehensive understanding of: Match types, Performance Max campaigns, Negative keywords, Conversion tracking, and PPC performance metrics and optimization principles.

• Experience in managing client relationships and leading client-facing meetings.

• Capability to present campaign performance and recommendations to stakeholders without technical backgrounds.

• Strong skill in conveying technical advertising concepts in an understandable manner.

• Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

• Proactive approach with the capability to identify issues before they affect client satisfaction.

• Native-level English communication skills, both written and spoken.
