• Oversee and enhance the performance of publishers across our offerwall and API integrations, proactively identifying and resolving issues.
• Develop and nurture robust relationships with publisher partners, seeking opportunities to increase their revenue and broaden the partnership.
• Address advertiser campaign inquiries and troubleshoot with efficiency and clarity.
• Create and maintain performance reports and dashboards utilizing Metabase and PostHog.
• Establish scalable support and success processes from the ground up — we are still in the development phase and value your input.
• Utilize AI tools (such as Claude and others) to automate repetitive tasks and enhance the quality and speed of responses.
• Experience in offerwall is preferred; otherwise, background in performance marketing or mobile user acquisition is acceptable.
• Demonstrated account management or customer success experience with a history of retaining and expanding partnerships.
• A genuine interest in AI automation: you actively seek ways to leverage tools like Claude to enhance efficiency.
• Strong communication skills to convey technical details to non-technical partners and vice versa.
• A data-driven approach. You support your decisions with data and are comfortable using analytics tools.
