This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Act as the main commercial liaison for established EMEA OEM accounts
• Maintain consistent communication with customer purchasing, operations, and technical teams
• Ensure timely delivery, prompt issue resolution, and high customer retention
• Monitor purchasing trends and identify opportunities for incremental growth
• Oversee quote-to-order transitions and assist in contract execution
• Collaborate with regional Strategic Account Managers focusing on new business initiatives
• Manage commercial continuity and transition new business acquisitions into long-term accounts
• Work in conjunction with local Customer Support in Prague, Applications Engineering, Supply Chain, and Operations
• Maintain precise forecasting, customer information, and sales activity tracking within the CRM
• Engage with clients primarily through phone and video communications
• Participate in periodic face-to-face meetings, trade shows, and internal team gatherings across Europe approximately every two months
• Develop and refine the Customer Success framework for OEM in the EMEA region
• 3 to 7 years of experience in inside sales, account management, or technical customer success in a B2B setting
• Ideally experienced in scientific instrumentation, OEM, optics, semiconductors, or life sciences
• Strong self-management skills, independence, and a high internal drive
• Capability to blend tactical implementation with strategic vision and process design
• Business proficiency in English is required
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in German are required
• Proficiency in French is highly desirable and considered a significant advantage
• Comfortable using CRM/ERP tools
• Ability to engage in technical product discussions with engineering and commercial stakeholders
• Located in the EU
• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Life Sciences, Physics, or a related field is preferred
• Residing in Prague, Czechia, is a plus
