This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.

• Serve as the primary contact for a select group of key accounts, guiding them throughout the entire customer journey.

• Create and implement data-driven retention strategies to reduce churn and maintain high customer satisfaction levels.

• Oversee the complete renewal process, identifying opportunities for expansion and ensuring contracts are finalized promptly.

• Conduct regular business reviews to ensure alignment between solutions and clients’ changing strategic objectives.

• Track customer health indicators and take proactive measures when accounts exhibit potential risks.

• Work closely with Sales and Product teams to relay customer insights and impact the product development roadmap.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Customer Success Management or Account Management roles.

• Demonstrated success in achieving or surpassing retention, churn reduction, and renewal goals.

• Strong ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels, from end-users to C-suite executives.

• Analytical mindset, capable of interpreting data to enhance customer outcomes.

• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.

• Capacity to handle multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.

• Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Customer Success platforms (e.g., Gainsight, Totango).

• Experience in a high-growth SaaS or technology-focused environment.

• Background in leading customer training sessions or webinars.
