Customer Success Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Assist clients throughout the onboarding journey to guarantee a seamless transition.

• Offer comprehensive explanations of services and procedures.

• Foster and sustain positive ongoing relationships with clients.

• Maintain proactive and consistent communication with clients, primarily via email.

• Support continuous customer engagement and satisfaction efforts.

• Respond to customer inquiries and questions promptly and professionally.

• Address customer issues while ensuring high levels of satisfaction.

• Recognize opportunities to enhance customer engagement.

• Contribute to initiatives aimed at customer retention and long-term success.

⛳️ Requirements

• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.

• Strong problem-solving capabilities and the ability to work autonomously.

• Proficient in clear and effective communication with customers and team members.

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

• Open to graduates from 2024–2025 only.

• Comfortable in a remote working environment.

• Primary internet connection must have a minimum speed of 15 Mbps.

• Backup internet connection with at least 10 Mbps, suitable for work during outages.

• Desktop or laptop equipped with an Intel Core i5 (8th generation or newer), Intel Core i3 (10th generation or newer), AMD Ryzen 5, or an equivalent processor.

• Minimum of 8 GB RAM.

• Functional backup device that meets or exceeds Intel Core i3 performance and operational during power outages.

• A working webcam.

• Noise-canceling USB headset.

• Dedicated quiet home office space.

• Smartphone for communication and verification needs.
