This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Take ownership of a portfolio of mid-market customer relationships to demonstrate the value of Greenhouse and enhance both gross and net revenue retention.
• Delve into each customer's objectives through insightful discovery and translate these into successful business outcomes that you implement and validate.
• Develop and enhance AI-driven workflows that minimize administrative tasks and amplify the value you provide across your portfolio.
• Strategically prioritize your accounts, determining which products and features are most relevant to each client in a dynamic, competitive landscape.
• Serve as an internal advocate for customer needs, collaborating with our Support, Product, Engineering, and Sales teams.
• Collaborate with Account Managers throughout the customer journey to avert churn, identify expansion opportunities, and secure renewals.
• Work alongside Implementation Strategists during onboarding to guarantee the successful launch of new Greenhouse clients.
• Undertake additional projects and responsibilities as required by business needs.
• Minimum of 2 years of direct account management or customer success experience, ideally within the B2B tech/SaaS sector.
• Proven history of meeting or exceeding gross revenue retention targets.
• Demonstrated proficiency in AI – you have built and refined AI workflows or automations, rather than just utilized the tools.
• Excellent written and verbal presentation abilities.
• Solutions-oriented approach to addressing objections, including managing high-pressure pricing and product discussions.
• Capability to navigate conflicting priorities across a sizable portfolio of business.
• Experience in the HR or Talent Acquisition technology sector is a plus.
