This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Facilitate onboarding and assist customers throughout their journey;
• Cultivate consultative relationships to ensure an outstanding customer experience;
• Act as the main liaison between the client and internal teams;
• Track key success and satisfaction metrics;
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling in collaboration with the sales/commercial team;
• Arrange follow-up and strategic alignment meetings;
• Document information and monitor action plans in the CRM;
• Provide insights to internal teams for the ongoing enhancement of products and processes.
• Background in Customer Success, Customer Service, or Client Relationship roles;
• Experience within marketing agencies, technology firms, or digital product enterprises;
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills;
• Analytical, organized, and equipped with a problem-solving mindset;
• Capability to manage multiple clients and priorities concurrently;
• Results-driven with an emphasis on retention and customer experience.
