This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.
• Regularly engage with senior executives to grasp their objectives and offer strategic counsel.
• Collaboratively develop success plans with clients to ensure value and outcomes from Thomson Reuters' legal AI solutions.
• Work alongside clients to pinpoint their specific business challenges and create customized workflows/use cases.
• Collaborate with clients to secure executive sponsorship and outline change management strategies.
• Ensure proper training for users and establish joint strategies to enhance the adoption of TR Legal AI solutions.
• Document the value provided to clients, conduct executive business reviews, and formulate a shared roadmap for success.
• Proactively respond to client needs and discover opportunities for growth.
• A formal legal education (JD) or significant experience in legal technology, working with attorneys, or legal professionals.
• Over 5 years of experience in Customer Success, Consulting within legal technology, Account Management, or a similar role with prominent legal tech consulting firms or SaaS companies.
• Familiarity with legal technology or AI-driven platforms and a commitment to keeping abreast of advancements in legal tech.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Demonstrated capability to build trusting relationships and serve as a strategic advisor to clients.
• A proactive and personable approach to problem-solving.
