This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Take proactive ownership of a portfolio of enterprise-level customer accounts, specializing in the Texas market.
• Create ongoing success strategies to ensure alignment with goals, product adoption, expansion, and customer loyalty.
• Assist customers during their launch phases by facilitating data integration and system configuration alongside the implementation team.
• Discover opportunities to enhance customer value through effective product adoption, sharing best practices, and regularly showcasing ROI.
• Maintain expertise in the product and generate enthusiasm for enhancements, keeping customers updated; provide demos, additional training, and rollout support as required.
• Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders, address issues and escalations, and consistently provide a positive, customer-focused experience.
• Collaborate closely across departments to develop strategies that establish, expand, and strengthen customer relationships.
• Represent the customer's voice within ParentSquare, gathering and interpreting feedback to foster continuous improvement in the customer experience.
• Commit to attending at least one conference annually and participating in one community connect each quarter.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Customer Success Manager or Account Manager.
• At least 2 years of experience in K12 EdTech, particularly with large district implementations.
• Familiarity with school communication tools, integration tools, and/or SIS is advantageous.
• Exceptional communication skills and strong attention to detail.
• Proficient in project management and capable of prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
