• Concentrate on marketing service-related products such as warranty extensions, maintenance agreements, and service qualifications.
• Provide comprehensive support to designated customers in partnership with Service Contract Specialists and Service leadership.
• Ensure prompt contract renewals by tracking deadlines, crafting proposals, and following up to sustain and expand current business.
• Proactively engage and consult with both existing and potential customers for the promotion of service products.
• Generate sales reports, statistics, and forecast summaries as necessary.
• Utilize SAP, Cloud for Service (C4S), and Salesforce (SFDC) systems for creating quotes, making edits, and documenting sales activities.
• Foster and sustain strong, long-term business relationships through meetings, phone calls, and email communications to convey product and service information while gathering strategic insights.
• Ensure the attainment of annual and quarterly financial objectives by identifying, nurturing, and actively pursuing relevant leads.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Science, Finance, or equivalent work experience is preferred.
• More than 3 years of sales experience with a demonstrated capacity to qualify opportunities and finalize deals.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills, with the capability to navigate various hierarchical levels and positions confidently.
• Strong organizational skills and self-discipline to enhance time management and efficiency in daily tasks.
• High self-motivation, a collaborative spirit, adaptability, and a positive attitude.
• Familiarity with the field of instrumental analytics/life sciences.
• Proficient IT skills, including MS Office, SAP ERP, and CRM systems.
• Willingness to travel to customer locations up to 25%, including overnight stays.
