📋 Description

• Foster and nurture robust relationships with mid-market financial services clients, serving as a reliable advisor.

• Formulate strategies for multi-threaded collaborations, including connections at the executive level.

• Develop and implement strategic plans for adoption.

• Offer training and support to guarantee comprehensive utilization of the platform.

• Work alongside financial services clients to establish desired outcomes and key performance indicators (KPIs).

• Monitor success metrics and pinpoint opportunities for upselling.

• Keep precise renewal forecasts and perform health assessments.

• Have in-depth knowledge of the Seismic Enablement Cloud.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Sciences, or equivalent professional experience.

• Advanced skills in the Microsoft Office Suite.

• Strong grasp of the SaaS sector and principles of customer success.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Capacity to build and sustain strong client relationships.

• Proficient problem-solving and analytical capabilities.

• Strong project management and organizational expertise.

• Enthusiasm for customer success and delivering value.

• Ability to effectively present to and engage with customer executives.
