Customer Success Manager II

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.

• Fulfill the essential role of representing FinQuery to your assigned clients.

• Ensure top-notch customer satisfaction in the industry.

• Actively cultivate trusting relationships with your clients.

• Optimize customer satisfaction rates, facilitate growth, and oversee renewals.

• Encourage adoption, engagement, and advocacy among clients.

• Play a key role in shaping FinQuery’s product roadmap.

• Conduct routine proactive calls and account review sessions.

• Track health metrics and implement corrective measures when necessary.

• Discover upsell and cross-sell opportunities.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3-4 years of experience in customer success or account management within a SaaS or software firm.

• Proficiency in developing success plans and leveraging data to assess customer health.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.

• Proven capability to establish and nurture relationships with clients.

• Robust analytical skills with a goal-oriented approach.

• Emerging skill in identifying upsell and expansion opportunities during client interactions.

• Experience with contract negotiations and renewal conversations.

• Familiarity with G-Suite, Salesforce, and/or Churnzero.
