Customer Success Manager – Enterprise

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Oversee a diverse customer portfolio (mid-market, enterprise, or strategic accounts) with a focus on enterprise accounts.

• Implement the customer success framework to ensure customer satisfaction and success.

• Maintain and enhance seat and site opportunities within your designated portfolio.

• Provide a consistent and enjoyable customer experience throughout their journey.

• Enhance repeatable and predictable outcomes and experiences for Fiix's customer base.

• Recognize customer needs and work in collaboration with marketing, services, support, and product teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent Years of Relevant Work Experience.

• Legal authorization to work in Canada.

• Over 5 years of experience in customer success/account management, handling and closing B2B expansion/cross-sell/up-sell cycles, preferably in a SaaS software or technology setting.

• Proven track record of retaining and growing revenue with existing clients in a SaaS or technology solutions environment.

• Experience in customer-facing positions within a SaaS context.

• Knowledge of platform/product features and their alignment with client objectives and business functions.

• Ability to enhance/customize the Customer Lifecycle with value-added programs and processes tailored to customer requirements.

• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including sales and professional services.

• Proficiency in additional languages such as French, Spanish, or Portuguese.

• Familiarity with the Maintenance and Reliability industry.
