This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Collaborate with senior customer stakeholders to identify desired outcomes, set success criteria, and create actionable adoption roadmaps.
• Oversee onboarding, deployment, and integration initiatives across contemporary data platforms and cloud environments, coordinating both internal and customer teams to ensure successful implementation.
• Manage enterprise customer relationships throughout EMEA, covering the entire customer lifecycle, which includes adoption, value realization, renewal planning, and growth.
• Track account health, usage, risks, and customer advancement; devise mitigation strategies and maintain precise renewal forecasts.
• Conduct business reviews, executive sessions, workshops, and enablement programs to highlight value, enhance adoption, and align stakeholders on subsequent actions.
• Provide guidance to customers on data governance, access control, privacy, security, and relevant regional regulations, including GDPR and data residency issues.
• Work in collaboration with Sales, Product, Engineering, Support, and technical delivery teams to address challenges, align customer requirements with Immuta’s roadmap, and ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Gather customer feedback, implementation trends, and market insights to guide product enhancements and reinforce customer success methodologies.
• Spot opportunities for additional use cases, advocacy, and growth by linking customer objectives to the value Immuta can provide.
• Contribute to the development of regional customer success playbooks, best practices, and knowledge-sharing initiatives that enhance scalability and consistency across EMEA.
• 5–8 years of experience in Customer Success, Technical Account Management, Solution Delivery, consulting, or a similar customer-facing position within enterprise SaaS, cloud, or data-centric environments.
• Proven track record managing intricate enterprise customer relationships throughout onboarding, adoption, value realization, renewal, and expansion phases.
• Experience engaging with customers across various EMEA countries, coupled with an understanding of the region’s diverse business and regulatory landscapes.
• Familiarity with modern data ecosystems and cloud platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks, Starburst, AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Knowledge of data governance, data privacy, security, access control, GDPR, and data residency principles.
• Capability to develop success plans, analyze customer health and usage indicators, manage risks, and link product adoption to quantifiable business value.
• Strong organizational and prioritization abilities, adept at managing multiple complex customer initiatives and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the confidence to engage technical audiences, business leaders, and executive stakeholders effectively.
• Proven ability to collaborate efficiently across Sales, Product, Engineering, Support, and technical delivery teams in a distributed setting.
• Professional fluency in English; proficiency in additional European languages such as German, French, or Spanish is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Strategic, empathetic, proactive, and customer-oriented, with sound judgment and a dedication to achieving meaningful outcomes.
