This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York, +1 more state.
• Become a comprehensive product authority on our Risk & Fraud suite of offerings.
• Execute all facets of the customer success strategy for designated clients, collaboratively creating customer success plans, and conducting executive business reviews.
• Recognize and address risks while enhancing and expanding customer relationships with Thomson Reuters.
• Act as a product expert in events such as industry conferences and webinars.
• Develop enablement resources for clients in collaboration to align with our digital strategy.
• Construct and deliver business plans, analyze market and competitor activities, and represent Customer Success in cross-departmental meetings.
• Utilize technology tools to accurately manage client data, sales pipelines, and financial forecasts.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience managing or working with Customer Success portfolios/teams (SaaS experience preferred).
• Background in Business, Law, Computer Science, Consulting, Engineering, or a related field is advantageous.
• Proven history of driving retention, adoption, and growth with enterprise or strategic accounts.
• Practical experience with Gainsight, Gong, and Salesforce (or similar customer success/CRM platforms).
• Prior experience in the legal technology field or direct engagement with Risk & legal professionals, law firms, or corporate legal departments is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with Risk & legal workflows, terminology, and prevalent challenges.
• Functional and technical expertise in GenAI systems and AI prompting engineering, particularly in relation to Risk investigations & legal research, drafting, and analysis.
• Strong executive presence: exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and facilitation skills for executive business reviews and check-ins.
• Robust business acumen and communication abilities; capable of managing the customer journey, conflict resolution, and problem-solving.
• Exhibit qualities such as curiosity, learning agility, proactivity, urgency, strategic thinking, problem-solving, collaboration, and accountability.
• A Bachelor’s degree is required.
