Customer Success Manager – Corporate Impact

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Establish strategic partnerships with executives and essential stakeholders.

• Promote the utilization and value realization of YourCause solutions.

• Create and implement joint success plans backed by executive business reviews.

• Onboard new clients and guarantee effective utilization of available resources (support, training, community, etc.).

• Track product usage and sentiment data to uncover risks and opportunities.

• Address survey feedback and proactively manage wellness plans for customers at risk.

• Safeguard recurring revenue through proactive sentiment monitoring and wellness planning.

• Collaborate with the renewals team to relay customer feedback and relationship insights, ensuring the successful renewal of each client.

• Identify and assist in expansion opportunities in partnership with the sales team.

• Cultivate customer loyalty and develop champions through reference programs, storytelling, and participation in events.

• Promote best practices to enhance engagement (e.g., giving campaigns, incentive programs).

⛳️ Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in Corporate Social Responsibility SaaS or the social good sector.

• Demonstrated success in building relationships and providing customer service.

• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

• Experience engaging with C-suite executives and managing sensitive conversations.

• Capability to extract insights from data and showcase cloud technology.

• Self-motivated individual with a collaborative attitude and a global perspective.

• Knowledge of Blackbaud solutions is advantageous.

• A passion for aiding others and driving social impact.
