Customer Success Manager – Controlling & Accounting

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Austria.

📋 Description

• In the role of Customer Success Manager, you will serve as the primary liaison for our clients, guiding them from the implementation phase through to the effective utilization of our software.

• You will collaborate closely with finance departments to transition them from Excel-based workflows to modern, scalable solutions for controlling and planning.

• You will be responsible for onboarding and implementing new clients.

• Conduct implementation calls, workshops, and product training sessions.

• Analyze and enhance finance and controlling processes.

• Provide guidance to finance teams on the rollout of our software.

• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to further enhance our platform.

⛳️ Requirements

• A background in accounting, controlling, tax advisory, or finance operations.

• Familiarity with DATEV or similar systems, along with a keen interest in financial software and digital transformation.

• A structured and highly organized approach to work, enabling you to maintain an overview while managing multiple tasks.

• An analytical mindset coupled with a strong attention to detail.

• Excellent communication abilities with proficient written and spoken German.
