This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +3 more states.
• Collaborate with construction clients to harness the value of Autodesk's cloud solutions
• Foster growth for Autodesk by overseeing customer relationships and strategic success planning
• Engage in collaborative success planning sessions with customers
• Actively identify and track risks affecting customer satisfaction
• Create contingency strategies and escalate significant issues with appropriate recommendations
• Over 5 years of experience in a customer-facing B2B position (Customer Success, Account Management, or similar)
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
• Willingness to travel up to 25% for face-to-face customer meetings and internal gatherings
• A strong intellectual curiosity to continuously learn about customers and their respective industries
• Capability to lead discovery discussions within the AEC sector
• Ability to adapt as priorities change
• A genuine passion for addressing customer challenges with a customer-first approach
