This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the primary contact for designated clients, fostering and sustaining robust, long-term relationships.
• Evaluate and comprehend current customer setups, workflows, and data frameworks—pinpointing optimal system configuration strategies to adapt to changing customer requirements.
• Cultivate a thorough understanding of each client’s objectives, business obstacles, and success indicators.
• Quickly grasp the configuration of a client’s existing system.
• Perform regular check-ins and strategic discussions to enhance engagement and trust.
• Promote platform utilization and ensure that clients are leveraging essential features to realize ROI.
• Track customer health metrics and proactively tackle potential risks.
• Recognize early indicators of dissatisfaction and collaborate across teams to resolve issues.
• Discover and develop opportunities for growth, including upselling.
• Facilitate regular success evaluations with key stakeholders to assess performance, results, and future objectives.
• Examine customer data to reveal insights, trends, and optimization opportunities.
• Collaborate with clients to establish measurable success indicators and monitor progress.
• Champion customer needs within the organization and engage in product feedback processes.
• Represent the organization at client locations, conferences, and strategic gatherings (traveling up to 25%).
• Strong financial acumen, with experience in billing, accounting, business office management, revenue cycle management, or another finance-related field.
• Experience in healthcare or senior living operations is advantageous, though not mandatory.
• Proficient in spreadsheet applications (Excel/Google Sheets) and quick to learn new systems.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities with a readiness to tackle ambiguous or unfamiliar challenges.
• Clear and professional communication skills, comfortable in customer-facing scenarios.
• Proactive and resourceful—ready to take initiative and resolve issues independently.
