This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Take ownership of and nurture robust relationships with accounts, ensuring client success through upselling, cross-selling, renewals, and overall account development.
• Act as the primary point of contact for client communications, campaign implementation, and strategic guidance, ensuring a seamless customer journey.
• Create and oversee a client growth plan that outlines significant milestones, testing initiatives, and avenues for expansion.
• Utilize knowledge of Zeta offerings, client objectives, industry trends, and best practices to formulate strategic recommendations that enhance performance, foster creative improvements, and drive revenue growth.
• Recognize and implement growth opportunities by crafting tailored strategic plans for each customer that surpass quarterly and annual targets.
• Have a profound understanding of KPIs and goal-setting, proactively offering optimization suggestions to maximize performance.
• Facilitate client meetings, including weekly status updates and Quarterly Business Reviews, ensuring that action items and strategic next steps are recorded and followed through.
• Expand your knowledge of Zeta’s offerings, tools, and industry best practices to better meet client needs.
• Keep comprehensive documentation of processes, timelines, and deliverables for your accounts.
• 2-3 years of experience in digital advertising, marketing, or client services.
• Strong client management and communication abilities, with the confidence to lead data-driven discussions.
• Organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable collaborating across different teams, both technical and non-technical.
• Strong analytical skills with working knowledge of Excel and the ability to interpret performance data.
• Experience with campaign management tools, platforms, or reporting systems is a plus.
• Self-motivated with a collaborative spirit, eager to learn and contribute.
