This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring successful adoption outcomes and monitoring customer health for each account.
• Develop and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including site leadership, schedulers, and program leaders.
• Promote platform adoption by assisting end users in incorporating WellHive into their daily operations.
• Track account health, identify potential risks proactively, and lead intervention efforts when challenges arise.
• Collaborate with internal teams to meet customer needs and extract insights from on-the-ground experiences.
• Communicate progress and future direction to both customers and internal stakeholders through structured reporting.
• Act as a platform expert for customers, ensuring they derive maximum value from WellHive.
• Minimum of 3 years in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar customer-facing position within a software or technology organization.
• Proven history of driving measurable outcomes for customers.
• Strong skills in relationship-building and stakeholder management.
• Proficient in working with data and translating it into insights for customers.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
