This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as a Trusted Advisor while leading or supporting client relationships, engagements, and implementation delivery.
• Identify and cultivate partnership opportunities with clients; document client needs, success criteria, and relevant solutions in contractual agreements.
• Create and implement comprehensive on-boarding/implementation plans and communication strategies, including client success metrics and risk identification and mitigation, in collaboration with clients, operational partners, and vendor partners.
• Develop PowerPoint presentations for client meetings (QBRs, kick-offs, status updates).
• Facilitate collaborative leadership committees between clients and Vatica Health to ensure alignment among senior leadership, long-term planning and development, strategic and tactical account reviews, and effective resolution of escalated issues.
• Foster successful client partnerships that lead to high levels of client satisfaction, retention, and growth.
• Monitor and report on key account metrics (e.g., visit activity, provider adoption, sales statistics).
• Lead teams composed of members from Vatica Health's functional areas, the client, and vendor partners through influence in a matrixed environment.
• Provide training to clients on Vatica Health tools, processes, and reports.
• Assist in operational and financial planning while maintaining actuals and forecasts.
• Represent the Voice of the Client by gathering both ad-hoc and structured feedback to assess client satisfaction and pinpoint areas for engagement, tool, and solution enhancement.
• Design and implement best practices in client engagement and implementation to provide an industry-leading client experience.
• Minimum of 4 years in a healthcare client-facing role with progressive experience.
• At least 4 years of experience leading complex projects.
• **Healthcare experience is essential; required experience in Risk Adjustment and Quality of Care.**
• Strong skills in project performance analysis and PowerPoint presentation development.
• Exceptional customer service abilities.
• Experience in organizing, analyzing, and presenting data effectively.
• Quick learner with the capacity to apply knowledge consultatively.
• Proficient in computer skills (including Microsoft Office), grammar, and multitasking.
• Excellent attention to detail, time management, and decision-making capabilities.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Willingness to travel during the week.
