• Proactive account management: engaging with customers, performing health checks, and identifying their support requirements
• User adoption and reactivation: aiding customers in navigating kanzlei.land and targeted outreach to bring back inactive users
• Onboarding assistance: guiding new customers through the initial setup and providing essential training
• Customer engagement: articulating digital solutions in straightforward and accessible language
• Record-keeping: documenting customer interactions and agreements within the CRM system
• Support at trade shows: assisting at exhibitions, conducting meetings, and managing follow-up activities
• Proven experience in Customer Success or a background in/with tax consultancies (tax firms)
• Strong passion for digital transformation and an appreciation for the benefits of digital solutions
• Enthusiasm for digital tools and the capability to convey intricate topics in a clear manner
• Self-motivated individual with the ability to work autonomously and possess strong organizational skills
• Collaborative team member with a solutions-focused approach
• Excellent German language skills, both spoken and written
• Comfortable with phone communications and able to maintain composure under pressure
• Alignment with the company's core values: trust, responsibility, fairness, ambition, quality, and friendliness
• Completed training as a tax clerk (Steuerfachangestellte) or further qualifications as a tax specialist (Steuerfachwirt) or tax advisor, or a degree in IT or business/commercial studies with a solid understanding of IT/EDP
