This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.
• Assume responsibility for managing relationships with Enterprise clients and guide their program strategies.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Solutions Architects, and Support teams to deliver maximum value for clients.
• Conduct revenue and renewal forecasting.
• Comprehend customers’ objectives and implement customized success plans.
• Cultivate executive-level relationships and identify opportunities to broaden clients' use of Triple Whale products.
• Gain clients' trust and strengthen relationships throughout the entire account lifecycle.
• Operate independently to provide a “consultant” perspective in all client interactions.
• Develop and sustain a comprehensive understanding of products and the wider marketing landscape.
• Lead and present during client meetings, both in-person and via video conference.
• Analyze customer usage to create accurate forecasts and manage risks throughout the year.
• Facilitate discussions with clients to explore their interest in new products and necessary integrations.
• Previous experience in servicing customers within the e-commerce space is essential, preferably from a SaaS environment.
• Ability to excel in a dynamic and fast-paced startup setting.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Quick to learn new concepts.
• Adaptable, embracing change and new responsibilities.
• Proficient in computer skills and technically savvy.
• Service-oriented and passionate about delivering outstanding service to our clients.
