This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Implement essential customer success strategies to guarantee customer satisfaction
• Cultivate and sustain robust customer relationships
• Deliver proactive support and drive quantifiable results
• Conduct exploratory discussions to pinpoint customer objectives and challenges
• Guide customers through the onboarding process
• Track customer health metrics and adoption patterns
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to meet customer requirements
• Act as the main point of contact for account escalations
• BA/BS degree or equivalent professional experience
• Over 5 years in customer-facing positions, including at least 3 years in account management or sales
• Proven track record working with SaaS solutions
• Excellent relationship management abilities
• Demonstrated achievement in meeting renewal and expansion goals
• Analytical mindset with experience using customer data
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in Salesforce.com and Google Suite
• Strong organizational capabilities
• Familiar with customer success methodologies
• Must be fluent in both Spanish and English.
