This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +17 more states.
• Take ownership of the complete program timeline from start to finish, collaborating with EPD and the Sprint Planner to ensure timely delivery.
• Collect and document partner requirements into actionable deliverables for EPD to implement; transfer solutioning responsibilities when technical decisions need to be made.
• Act as the main point of contact for partners during implementation; ensure a smooth transition of the relationship to the CSM at the time of launch.
• Monitor and proactively communicate the health of the project — identify delays, obstacles, and potential scope risks early on, and drive towards solutions.
• Create clear and well-structured deliverables such as meeting agendas, minutes, and business reviews for both internal and external stakeholders.
• Maintain a consistent feedback loop with the designated CSM and keep precise records in Sure's CRM (Attio).
• 3–5 years of experience in customer success, account management, or partnerships, preferably within insurtech, fintech, or B2B SaaS.
• Proven experience managing GWP or revenue metrics for a portfolio of accounts.
• Excellent relationship-building skills, capable of engaging at all levels within a partner organization, from operational contacts to executive sponsors.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to independently conduct QBRs and business reviews.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity across cross-functional teams; possesses strong influencing skills without direct authority.
