This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Serve as a partner and advocate for your clients, striving to comprehend their business requirements.
• Recognize your clients' business obstacles and discover how you can help mitigate them.
• Grasp your clients' KPIs and facilitate regular meetings to assess their business objectives and progress towards success.
• Analyze various performance analytics sources to educate your clients on their results and return on investment.
• Generate additional revenue opportunities by aligning sMedia products with client challenges and goals.
• Stay informed about emerging trends and technologies in the digital realm and share insights with your clients and colleagues.
• Leverage your extensive digital marketing expertise to assist our clients in achieving their business objectives using sMedia solutions.
• Prepare agendas and host follow-up meetings, emphasizing key points for performance discussions, recommendations, and updates.
• Experience in customer service and/or consulting.
• Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Meta Business Manager.
• At least 5 years of experience in Digital Marketing and/or Digital Advertising.
• Certifications from Meta, Microsoft, and Google would be regarded as a significant advantage.
• Experience in the Automotive or Dealership sector.
