📋 Description

• Oversee a portfolio of customer onboarding processes and opportunities for expansion

• Acquire in-depth knowledge of the Sixfold platform and its best practices

• Conduct business reviews with executives and stakeholders

• Actively track customer health and usage metrics

• Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams

• Share insights to enhance processes


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Implementation Management, or related customer-oriented roles with Enterprise clients

• An AI-native approach to work

• Capability to establish trusted partnerships and engage effectively with customers

• Thoughtful and proactive in problem-solving

• Excellent communication skills
