This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act as the main point of contact for clients after onboarding, ensuring a smooth adoption process, training, and continuous support.

• Oversee incident and issue management by prioritizing client concerns, coordinating escalations, monitoring resolutions, and providing timely updates and follow-ups.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, thoroughly understanding their business needs and advancing their security maturity.

• Actively monitor client satisfaction and solution utilization, identifying opportunities to enhance value and promote service adoption.

• Organize regular client meetings and performance evaluations to align with security objectives and compliance standards.

• Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure efficient delivery of customer requests and prompt resolution of issues.

• Integrate account management, technical support, and customer success strategies to provide outstanding client experiences.

• Monitor and report on key client success metrics to ensure retention and satisfaction.

• Convert customer feedback into actionable insights to enhance service delivery, internal processes, and product development.


⛳️ Requirements

• U.S. citizenship

• 1-3 years of experience in customer success, account management, or a similar client-facing position, ideally within the cybersecurity or technology industry.

• Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities, capable of articulating complex concepts clearly.

• Demonstrated capability to manage multiple clients, prioritize tasks effectively, and achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.

• Strong problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering proactive, strategic solutions.
