This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of the daily management of agency/client relationships, focusing on communication and partner enablement.
• Supervise the execution of campaigns and the setup of deals across various platforms, ensuring precision and timely delivery.
• Track performance and deliver clear, actionable insights through reporting.
• Efficiently troubleshoot and resolve any technical and operational challenges.
• Proactively identify and escalate risks, blockers, or discrepancies as they arise.
• Recognize and pursue upsell opportunities while providing strategic recommendations that enhance client value.
• 3-5 years of experience in ad tech, programmatic, or media.
• Demonstrated ability to manage agency relationships and campaign execution effectively.
• Experience in direct collaboration with agencies and clients.
• Proven track record of achieving performance goals or driving revenue growth.
• Familiarity with DSPs, SSPs, or similar platforms.
• Strong communication skills for partner engagement and relationship management.
• Capability to handle multiple campaigns and priorities at the same time.
• A problem-solving attitude with the ability to quickly address and troubleshoot issues.
• Data-driven mindset with the skill to convert insights into actionable steps.
• Keen attention to detail in execution and reporting processes.
• Proficiency in Excel, Salesforce, and Slack.
• Experience with various DSPs/SSPs (e.g., Vistar, Place Exchange, Hivestack, The Trade Desk, etc.).
• Knowledge of reporting and analytics tools (e.g., QuickSight or similar).
• Understanding of programmatic workflows (deal setup, PMP/OE, targeting, pacing).
