• Oversee and assist a portfolio of clients throughout their onboarding and lifecycle experience
• Address customer inquiries, feedback, and escalations with understanding and efficiency
• Effectively communicate with both internal teams and external stakeholders across different time zones
• Keep precise records of customer interactions, health scores, and success strategies
• Utilize relevant tools such as customer success platforms, CRM systems, and helpdesk software
• Assist the broader team with renewal forecasting, reporting, and initiatives for customer advocacy
• Recognize opportunities to grow accounts and enhance overall customer outcomes
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in customer success, account management, or a similar field
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities in English
• Strong organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple customer accounts concurrently
• Proficient in CRM or customer success platforms, as well as Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
• Capable of working autonomously and managing your time effectively
• High attention to detail along with a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Experience engaging with UK-based clients or employers is a plus
• Must possess a reliable laptop, stable internet connection, and a quiet workspace
