This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Assist new clients during the onboarding and implementation process, ensuring a seamless integration onto the Puzzle platform.
β’ Provide product training through video calls, demonstrations, and written materials.
β’ Act as a trusted advisor for founders and operators as they embrace modern financial tools.
β’ Foster strong relationships with founders, operators, and finance leaders.
β’ Address product inquiries, resolve workflow challenges, and guarantee that customers derive value from Puzzle.
β’ Track customer health and engagement to proactively identify issues and enhance adoption.
β’ Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Support teams to escalate concerns and advocate for customer requirements.
β’ Convey customer feedback and insights that contribute to product enhancements.
β’ Work with internal teams to refine onboarding materials, help documentation, and educational resources for customers.
β’ Over 3 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a related customer-facing role within B2B SaaS.
β’ Knowledge of accounting principles and financial processes.
β’ Excellent communication skills with the capacity to simplify complex concepts.
β’ Proficient in guiding customers through software onboarding and workflow configuration.
β’ Self-motivated individual with an ownership mentality and meticulous attention to detail in a dynamic environment.
β’ Familiar with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, NetSuite, or similar platforms.
β’ Experience in a fintech, financial SaaS, or accounting technology organization.
