📋 Description

• Assist new clients during the onboarding and implementation process, ensuring a seamless integration onto the Puzzle platform.

• Provide product training through video calls, demonstrations, and written materials.

• Act as a trusted advisor for founders and operators as they embrace modern financial tools.

• Foster strong relationships with founders, operators, and finance leaders.

• Address product inquiries, resolve workflow challenges, and guarantee that customers derive value from Puzzle.

• Track customer health and engagement to proactively identify issues and enhance adoption.

• Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Support teams to escalate concerns and advocate for customer requirements.

• Convey customer feedback and insights that contribute to product enhancements.

• Work with internal teams to refine onboarding materials, help documentation, and educational resources for customers.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a related customer-facing role within B2B SaaS.

• Knowledge of accounting principles and financial processes.

• Excellent communication skills with the capacity to simplify complex concepts.

• Proficient in guiding customers through software onboarding and workflow configuration.

• Self-motivated individual with an ownership mentality and meticulous attention to detail in a dynamic environment.

• Familiar with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, NetSuite, or similar platforms.

• Experience in a fintech, financial SaaS, or accounting technology organization.
