Customer Success Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Assisting new practices during the onboarding phase

• Overseeing clients throughout the complete customer lifecycle

• Establishing connections and acting as the primary point of contact

• Actively recognizing challenges and offering assistance

• Collaborating closely with Support, Development, and Sales teams

• Background in Customer Success, Key Account Management, or a similar position

• Familiarity with the healthcare industry

• Excellent communication abilities

• Proactive and hands-on approach

• Eagerness to learn and a growth-oriented mindset

• Fluency in German
