This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Establish meaningful connections with existing clients
• Lead Pippin’s long-term sales growth initiatives
• Collaborate closely with the Sales team and the CEO
• Oversee sustainable, efficient, and effective onboarding procedures
• Address inbound customer inquiries while focusing on scaling engaging clients
• Ensure a smooth transition for prospects into clients
• Act as an advocate for current Pippin clients
• Consult with existing clients to identify their challenges and recommend solutions
• Enhance Pippin’s share of wallet through relationship-driven sales
• Comprehend and inform clients about Pippin’s product and technology roadmap
• Create engagement strategies tailored for current clients
• Research and propose new products or services
• Assist in managing the revenue technology stack, including Hubspot
• Collect, analyze, and report on vital client metrics
• Proactively identify potential order issues
• Experience in the Title/Real Estate Industry is preferred
• 3-5 years of experience in a customer success role is preferred
• Proficient in Hubspot or other CRM systems is preferred
• Remote work experience is preferred
• Familiarity with Slack and Microsoft Office is preferred
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Strong relationship-building capabilities
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
