This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the implementation process for new clients and ensure a successful launch.
• Customize NextPatient to align with the unique workflows and objectives of each client.
• Conduct online training sessions, empowering clients to confidently utilize the platform.
• Serve as the primary contact for client inquiries and support on a daily basis.
• Proactively engage with clients to share best practices and educate them on new features.
• Identify and resolve issues efficiently, providing practical solutions.
• Cultivate strong relationships to become a reliable partner for your clients.
• Collect client feedback to contribute to the evolution of the product roadmap.
• Assist in enhancing internal procedures across implementation, support, and account management.
• 3–5+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related field.
• Excellent problem-solving capabilities and meticulous attention to detail.
• Clear and thoughtful communication skills via email and phone.
• Ability to juggle multiple clients and priorities simultaneously.
• A curious mindset with a desire to thoroughly understand operational processes.
• A strong sense of ownership and commitment to follow-through.
• Experience in SaaS is preferred.
• Background in healthcare is advantageous, but not mandatory.
• Flexibility to work remotely.
