Customer Success Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Act as a reliable advisor to pharmacy clients throughout Western Canada

• Offer proactive recommendations to enhance the utilization of McKesson Pharmacy Technology Solutions

• Perform operational evaluations and business assessments to identify areas for improvement

• Provide outstanding customer service and address product-related issues

• Facilitate training sessions for clients in both virtual and in-person settings

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 4 years of experience in customer success, account management, or pharmacy operations

• Background in a retail or long-term care pharmacy setting

• Skilled in Microsoft 365 and CRM systems like Salesforce

• Excellent relationship-building, communication, and problem-solving abilities

• Bilingual skills in French and English are considered advantageous.
