This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develops robust, strategic partnerships with a designated group of clients
• Ensures clients derive optimal value from the InvoiceCloud platform
• Oversees daily interactions, enhances client retention, and promotes digital adoption initiatives
• Spots opportunities for product growth
• Implements strategies that boost digital payment usage and enhance customer satisfaction
• Proven experience in relationship management with a history of driving retention and growth
• Experience providing client support both in-person and through virtual communication platforms (Teams/Zoom)
• Preferred background in electronic billing, payments, merchant services, or similar SaaS platforms
• Exceptional verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication abilities
• Customer-focused and results-driven, with the capacity to influence decision-making
• Strong organizational, planning, and time-management capabilities
• Experience working autonomously while managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and Salesforce
