This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Austria.
• Take charge of the post-sale customer relationship, guiding clients from onboarding through to renewal and expansion, serving as the primary contact for your assigned accounts.
• Allocate a significant portion of your workweek to traveling, visiting customer locations to facilitate adoption, resolve issues, and enhance partnerships.
• Assist customers with product installation and ensure they maximize the benefits of their Instagrid systems, decreasing dependency on combustion generators.
• Keep track of customer health metrics and proactively address potential risks, aiming to prevent churn and maintain high satisfaction levels.
• Identify and pursue upselling and cross-selling opportunities in close cooperation with the sales team.
• Conduct regular business reviews with major accounts, showcasing value and aligning shared objectives.
• Collect customer feedback and communicate actionable insights to the Product and Engineering teams.
• Collaborate with internal teams to swiftly and effectively resolve customer issues.
• Ensure CRM records are accurate and consistently updated.
• 2–5 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a comparable customer-facing role, preferably in technical, industrial, or capital equipment sectors; experience working with Austrian trades or industrial clients is a significant advantage.
• A valid, clean driving license is essential as this role requires regular travel to customer sites four to five days a week throughout Austria.
• Comfortable and confident in driving a company-provided electric vehicle as your primary means of work travel.
• Residing in Northern Austria or willing to relocate; being close to the regional customer base is crucial.
• Proficient in both German (written and spoken) and English.
• Excellent communication skills - able to tailor your approach from a site manager on a construction project to a procurement director in a corporate office.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.
• A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset - you identify issues before customers do and come equipped with solutions.
• Practical experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
• A high level of self-sufficiency and accountability - you manage your own schedule and deliver results without close oversight.
