CRM Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.

📋 Description

• Formulate CRM strategies for the Klaviyo accounts of clients under your management

• Develop and maintain editorial calendars

• Produce comprehensive briefs to assist designers and copywriters in crafting emails

• Cultivate client relationships through reporting, regular meetings, and addressing client inquiries

• Monitor key performance indicators and assess CRM campaign effectiveness to gather insights and refine strategies

• Actively suggest new initiatives to enhance client relationships

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in CRM or e-commerce

• Excellent summarization and analytical abilities, coupled with a strong interest in client relationships

• Detail-oriented, inquisitive, proactive, and modest

• Energetic, imaginative, and willing to think innovatively

• Highly engaged, ambitious, and exceptionally driven
