• Serve as the main liaison, facilitating communication between client stakeholders and Foresite’s delivery teams to ensure effective service execution.
• Take a proactive approach to manage account health metrics and conduct regular business reviews to ensure that MSSP services fulfill established KPIs.
• Align client business goals with long-term protection and compliance objectives, ensuring that our delivery remains a valuable asset.
• Oversee the entire renewal lifecycle for Mid-Market accounts, identifying early signs of risk and developing strategic mitigation plans.
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of evolving security needs to pinpoint opportunities for upselling additional Foresite services or Google SecOps features.
• Offer structured feedback to Foresite leadership to assist in refining managed service offerings and enhancing the overall Mid-Market customer experience.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in customer success or account management, specifically managing a portfolio of Mid-Market clients in the cybersecurity or SaaS sector.
• A solid understanding of managed security services (MSSP), including the value proposition of SIEM and SOAR concepts.
• Proven expertise in building relationships and sustaining long-term engagement with mid-level management and executive stakeholders (CISOs/IT Directors).
• An innate ability to analyze account health data to drive proactive engagement and innovative problem-solving.
• Familiarity or direct experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or Google SecOps is advantageous.
• Experience working within an MSSP environment or a comprehensive understanding of the cybersecurity threat landscape is a plus.
• Exceptional skill in translating technical security outcomes into business value for non-technical stakeholders.
