• Collaborate closely with potential and current customers, emphasizing high-potential accounts, to align their workflows with our technology, showcasing its ability to minimize errors and enhance efficiency.
• Serve as a Fieldwire product authority, working alongside our sales team to ensure customers derive maximum value from Fieldwire in accordance with their business goals.
• Strategically plan, prepare, and execute engagements within complex sales cycles in partnership with the sales team throughout the customer journey.
• Provide both virtual and in-person demonstrations, training sessions, and workflow consultations for clients.
• Guide customers in understanding their existing workflows and challenges while proactively suggesting adaptations to integrate our technology.
• Oversee a portfolio of new and existing clients to enhance their use of Fieldwire and streamline their processes, fostering and sustaining long-term customer relationships.
• Assist the product team by identifying issues and communicating customer feedback to facilitate product enhancements.
• Involve existing customers in marketing initiatives and events that reinforce Fieldwire's position in the industry.
• Background in the construction sector, preferably as a project engineer, assistant project manager, or project manager.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in construction or a related field, ideally with a blend of field and office management roles, and local construction experience in Germany.
• Strong communication skills, capable of articulating and presenting intricate topics clearly and understandably.
• Demonstrated diplomacy and patience in addressing customer concerns.
• Comfort in engaging with stakeholders at all levels, from tradespeople to executives and CEOs.
• Highly self-driven, organized, with robust critical and analytical thinking abilities.
• Willingness to dedicate approximately 50% of work time to customer-facing activities and travel for team meetings as necessary.
• Enthusiasm for contributing to and shaping a dynamic work environment.
• Proficient in English and fluent in German (native-level).
