This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +1 more state.
• Develops and implements strategies and processes that ensure consistent customer satisfaction and retention.
• Manages account relationships, strategy, and pricing, including overseeing contract renewals and RFPs.
• Actively engages with decision-makers and personnel at all levels within school districts to build robust relationships.
• Identifies retention and service risks within their portfolio and works to create risk mitigation plans where necessary.
• Leverages in-depth product and service knowledge, problem-solving capabilities, and training to enhance customer interactions while driving revenue.
• Conducts regular check-ins and business reviews with clients to comprehend their objectives and challenges, offering customized solutions to address their needs.
• Collaborates cross-functionally and coordinates with internal teams to access additional resources and facilitate the necessary solutions and tools for customers.
• Acts as the voice of the customer by relaying customer feedback to internal teams, highlighting customer needs, ideas, and challenges.
• Champions solutions, product enhancements, and other initiatives to meet customer needs and foster growth.
• Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent relevant experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in a business development or customer success position.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of establishing and maintaining relationships with clients.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to understand client needs and provide effective solutions.
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive, self-motivated individual with a passion for customer success and a proven track record of meeting goals.
• Valid US driver's license in good standing is required.
• This position will be remote/WFH and may require up to 33% travel.
