This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
β’ Oversee client satisfaction, identify opportunities for upselling, and ensure renewals by delivering ROI for our clients.
β’ Assist new clients during the implementation and onboarding process, customizing strategies to cater to their specific needs.
β’ Act as the main point of contact for your client portfolio, nurturing robust, long-lasting relationships.
β’ Coordinate cross-departmental projects and manage stakeholder expectations for seamless execution and client success.
β’ Conduct engaging training sessions and business reviews with senior professionals.
β’ Proactively address client issues and resolve concerns with professionalism and efficiency.
β’ Collect client feedback to promote continuous improvement and contribute to product innovation.
β’ Play a significant role in redefining how large law firms utilize technology to enhance efficiency and profitability.
β’ Over 5 years of experience in a customer success, client-facing, or account management position, preferably within a SaaS or legal technology context.
β’ Exceptional communication and presentation abilities, capable of confidently engaging with senior legal professionals.
β’ A Juris Doctor (J.D.) or previous experience in practicing law is highly desirable.
β’ Proficient in navigating and articulating complex software, with a strong intellectual curiosity and enthusiasm for emerging technologies, such as AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).
β’ A proactive and entrepreneurial attitude, thriving in a fast-paced "startup/scale-up" environment.
β’ A detail-oriented approach to managing tasks, timelines, and client inquiries.
β’ Ability to effectively manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring timely and thoughtful communication.
β’ Capability to adapt and work efficiently within our dynamic international setting, necessitating flexibility.
