β€’ Oversee client satisfaction, identify opportunities for upselling, and ensure renewals by delivering ROI for our clients.

β€’ Assist new clients during the implementation and onboarding process, customizing strategies to cater to their specific needs.

β€’ Act as the main point of contact for your client portfolio, nurturing robust, long-lasting relationships.

β€’ Coordinate cross-departmental projects and manage stakeholder expectations for seamless execution and client success.

β€’ Conduct engaging training sessions and business reviews with senior professionals.

β€’ Proactively address client issues and resolve concerns with professionalism and efficiency.

β€’ Collect client feedback to promote continuous improvement and contribute to product innovation.

β€’ Play a significant role in redefining how large law firms utilize technology to enhance efficiency and profitability.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ Over 5 years of experience in a customer success, client-facing, or account management position, preferably within a SaaS or legal technology context.

β€’ Exceptional communication and presentation abilities, capable of confidently engaging with senior legal professionals.

β€’ A Juris Doctor (J.D.) or previous experience in practicing law is highly desirable.

β€’ Proficient in navigating and articulating complex software, with a strong intellectual curiosity and enthusiasm for emerging technologies, such as AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).

β€’ A proactive and entrepreneurial attitude, thriving in a fast-paced "startup/scale-up" environment.

β€’ A detail-oriented approach to managing tasks, timelines, and client inquiries.

β€’ Ability to effectively manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring timely and thoughtful communication.

β€’ Capability to adapt and work efficiently within our dynamic international setting, necessitating flexibility.
